Ron Warnicke graduated from Harvard Law School and spent his first five years doing litigation, bankruptcy and transactional work representing financial institutions. He formed Treon, Warnicke & Dann in 1971. Ron represented a major bank, oversaw litigation for Control and Data against the Arizona lottery, negotiated the import contracts and supervised the legal work for the parent company of International Automobile Imports, Inc. and Yugo America, and represented debtors in many large and complex real estate and business bankruptcies. After forming Warnicke & Littler in 1989, Ron became the Examiner in the American Continental (Lincoln Savings) bankruptcy case, was general counsel for Stateswest Airlines, and has guided numerous developers and business people through their litigation and financial problems. He has also been a licensed Mortgage Banker, is the principal owner of three fitness centers in Arizona and California, and served as the first Chief of Staff to Arizona Governor Bruce Babbitt. Ron was one of the Phoenix lawyers listed in the first edition of Best Lawyers in America.

Ron acts as a strategist and negotiator for the firms, an advisor for the other attorneys in the office and as an occasional expert witness by attorneys in other litigation where the firm is not involved.
