Robert C. Warnicke Robert Warnicke is a cum laude graduate from Arizona State University College of Law and a cum laude graduate of Vanderbilt University. He began a clerkship at the law firm of Treon, Strick, Lucia & Aguirre, worked at that firm throughout law school, and became an associate there when he was admitted to the Arizona State Bar. Robert spent nearly nine years in complex litigation of all sorts, including toxic torts, civil rights, product liability, medical and legal malpractice, insurance bad faith and commercial law. Robert has considerable experience in motion practice, legal research, appellate work and trial preparation in both state and federal courts. He attended the National Institute of Trial Advocacy's weeklong Trial College in Tucson, Arizona. Robert joined the firm in the summer of 2000. His responsibilities at the firm involve all aspects from pre-litigation planning, depositions and motion practice to post-trial appellate advocacy.
